You will do fine! Just take one day at a time. I hope you don't have to go on any meds. I don't think they help. If we can avoid them, that's the best think, in my opinion. I think talking to others going through the same thing and staying occupied is the best medicine. Also, take a look at the "Healthy Lifestyle" board. Carrie posted some good stuff about feel good foods!
We all have to develop coping skills at some point. This is no picnic, but it is certainly something that all of us have come through. It's really not as bad as you think it will be. The waiting is the hardest part. Once you are finished waiting, you'll be MUCH better.
