Yes!!! I had little bumps too. I think our hair is in rebellion and doesn't want to go! Everyone's head is white!
I cut mine really, really short too and I think it just looks like it's falling out slower since you can't grab a handful any longer.
Tanning your head! I did too!!! Good idea - I would avoid any use of a tanning bed though. I actually sat in the sun for about 15-20 minutes a day in my patio (totally private) with just my bra on to get some Vit D! It did help my head too. It also elevated my mood! Just now wondering if the sudden exposure of my head to the sun had anything to do with the bumps.....
