Hi Kelly,
I have been on Zometa and Xeloda since first of Nov 2011. I had read on another board to over hydrate the day before, day of and day after the Zometa as well as to take Benedryl. I had much more of a reaction after the first IV but the last two have been much better.
Not sure if you are already trying this but it might help.
