I've been on Arimidex for two years. Initially I had a lot of muscular-skeletal aches. I can't say if it was from the Arimidex or the lingering results of Taxol, as that did give me some neuropathy in my feet. Now, though my feet are not pain-free and they do stiffen up if I sit for too long, the aches are gone. I would say the aching gradually receded after the first six months. Staying active helps considerably.
Everyone is different and what is well tolerated by some can be extremely difficult for others.
