I didn't get serious neuropathy from Taxol till the last treatment. I couldn't feel my feet from the balls of my feet out. I developed planter faciitis in my left foot, making walking difficult. I only had a little neuropathy in my left hand, mainly in my pinkie.
The neuropathy slowly disappeared and by 3 months out of Taxol, disappeared from my hand, in 6 months it was gone from my feet.
My fingernails, on the other hand, are a mess. I think this is from the Herceptin, though. I'm trying to get the thumb nail on my left hand to stop splitting halfway up. The other nails are better, but still quite brittle.
