This is a very scary time- the worst really. Once you are started on treatment you will get into the rhythm of it and it will go right along. Many many women have been down this path and are here to support you.
I also had the Oncotype DX test and you should be really glad that you had it. Most doctors don't use it yet. It showed your doctors- and you - that your cancer is aggressive. 74 is a high score. This is the information that they needed to come up with an aggressive counter attack - which they have done. For your sake and for the sake of that little girl you should listen to your doctors and wipe out that cancer now before it spreads. Once it has spread it is ever so much harder. Traditional treatment has been shown to be effective. There is no evidence that alternative treatments will stop cancer.
