I don't like any of it! I had my first Taxol Tuesday and HATED it! Was so sick Wednesday that I had to go back and get hydrated. I can't eat without severe diarrhea. More nauseated than with A/C. My gastrointestinal system is a total mess. I have barely been out of the house since Tuesday.
Other than general depression and questions regarding what is "normal", I really don't feel that I have been handling all this too badly. The thought of 12 more weeks of every week Taxol makes me even more sick to my stomach.
That said, I am also on a trial of Lapatnib for my HER2+++ status that started on Tuesday also. So, I am not entirely sure which has got me so sick and so pissed!
Got lots of questions for onc this Tuesday! I am very tired and very tired having the runs! Immodium not helping.
Sigh, I guess 12 weeks isn't that long, but the trial drug I have to take every day for a year.
