no turtlenecks, not even jewelry chokers (although I'm getting a bit betta about that). The soft collars are so great though, Pen. They hold our necks still so we don't have to fight the constant spasms and we can adjust them to be looser as we get used to them. Meant only for intense pain times, they're jes a godsend. I have one and you're welcome to it, to see how it goes. I think your neck is in awful spasm phase right now and needs something to stabilize it so it can relax against support fo a bit.
