You have really had so much to deal with lately Penny. I'm so sorry about the rough news from your scans, but we're all so hopeful about the new chemo. It's just fantastic that it isn't laying you so low. I had a bad few years with fibromyalgia,(also neck and shoulders) and if that's what you've got going I sure am empathetic. I ultimately had the best results from using ice instead of heat. At first I didn't like it, but after a while there were some real improvements with the ice. I still ice down my neck and upper back a few times a week. I'm sending you a really big hug, and so much love.
