A couple things we teach to help with the night stuff are: Write in a journal before going to bed, take a cool shower/bath, exercise about 2 hours before bed, and put quiet music on at bedtime. This is very normal. We tend to have the tape recorder effect at night where you run the event through your head over and over. This is normal as your brain is trying to find a spot to put it so you can deal with it. I am still praying for you and sending so hugs your direction.
