I took Neulasta with my AC rounds. Depending on which doctor was there, I received it that day when I finished or had to drive back the next day. It was a shot that didn't hurt too much. I would get achy in bone and joint pains about 4 days later, but not unbearable. This round I get three shots of Neupogen the following three days - so Neulasta was easier.
