Anxiety?? That's a new one ;-) It's definitely the Benedryl, my onc said its a fairly common SE. Mine started about 10 minutes after the Benedryl drip was started. Soooo annoying! The Ativan stopped it almost immediately, then I'd fall asleep and didn't feel a thing
