Thanks ladies for helping me. Especially the information about the nosebleeds for they are very irritating! I don't think I'm to the cauterizing stage yet, but I will definitely try the Nasal Ease. I also have a very understanding boss and will probably cut back on some more work as soon as I feel the need. I bet I can go to a health food store and find out the herb about the tingling. Once again, ya'll have come through for me and helped me. I guess I really knew the answer before I asked it, but it was nice to hear from ya'll too. Thanks again. Keep strong thoughts. Becky
