Hi Becky, I'm sorry to say that yes, the taxol treatments are cumulative and they do get harder as you go. You can see an ear/nose/throat dr about your nosebleeds and he can go in there and cauterize the spots that are bleeding. I had to have that done once. It was not fun but it did slow them down. He also gave me an antibiotic to put up in there with a q-tip to prevent infection. You can also use a saline nasal spray for moisture instead of vasoline. That also helped me.
Make sure you're telling your onc about the side effects getting worse. You may have to have a break to recoup some strength. I had two weeks on and one week off on the taxotere which is similar but remember, I'm not curable and they want to keep my quality of life somewhat normal.LOL!!!!
