celery has negative calories because it takes more calories to eat and digest it than it has in it in the first place. so i've been eating celery in large quantities - instead of exercise i suppose lmao! this is to lose the christmas excess.
however, on the back of the celery packet it says the celery has 7 calories per 100g. this made me realise that these calorie counts don't take into account the calories burnt in eating the food - common sense if u think about it... therefore if i find a really difficult way of eating crisps, potatoes, bread etc - i can reduce the calories in them, making them diet foods! yay!
any thoughts on this? any ideas on how to burn calories while eating crisps? (apart from chewing them, and something that doesn't resemble exercise.)
can u tell i'm bored and avoiding revision again?
