Posted by Sally on 2/16/2007, 4:28 pm, in reply to "BTW - Veronica" SHE was probably hoping he would do something really special for her on V-day, I mean being the Mom of his child and all of that. Hope after he sent you the Hello email, he had something lined up for her too, at least candy from CVS, maybe a card. Otherwise more misery, more complaining, more PRESSURE if he blew it! Veronica you look like a goddess to him right about now! Life with you would be heavenly! You grow more perfect and wonderful everyday, you are a total rock star to him now.. did you know that? As you grow more amazing everyday, she grows boring, unattractive, is nagging him all the time, moody, complaining and demanding. Next thing she is going to be wanting to GET MARRIED, a ring, maybe even a church wedding! WAIT a minute, this is starting to be a REAL LIFE nightmare! What went wrong here ? Poor guy, so tragic. And what he really can't bare at all, in between bottles and diapers, maybe having to do some cooking, errands & household repairs, is THINKING about you with someone else, AND NOT in love with him anymore! Knife in heart! Afterall, had it not been for this silly pregnancy, he was coming right back for you. The baby is a real wrinkle now, complicating things quite a bit. He just needs a little more time to get untangled from all of that,, hopes like hell you will be waiting for him with open arms once he does. Well you will, right ?? He's counting on it. He forgot to mention that in V-day email!
Let's see, new baby, he's been gone 6 mos or so... loads of responsibility, kind of a lifetime thing having a child, becoming a Dad. Tough to hang out with the guys now, a little harder to flip-flop women in his life. EXPECTATIONS everywhere he turns, financially, his time, 'babysitting' etc.
