Finally yesterday, Valentines Day was the last damn straw. Over Christmas he refused to spend time with me with the same damn excuse. On New Years Eve, he showed up and stayed for an hour and a half -- leaving before midnight. I had had enough then, but by then he had already settled into how he was going to treat me. Now, I just want him gone! We have broken up and gotten back together so many times over the past twelve years. But this time I am done! I hope that you can offer some words of encouragement for me to do this once and for all. I am a good woman. With a lot to offer any man who is smart enough to realize that. I am tired of this pattern!
I broke up with my CP boyfriend of 12 years, yesterday, on Valentine's Day. He bought no gift, sent no flowers and half-heartedly wished me a Happy Valentine's Day on the phone. This wasn't the first Valentine's Day he's pulled nonsense like this. But it is the last. I didn't just call it off for this...
