hey jeff, ron here in wasilla alaska. don't know about that code number but i will go to the smartest ford guru i know on monday the 18th and he will undoubtedly have the answer. also i have a grille that you are looking for. i am converting my mint 67 cyclone to a quarter miler and i had 2 grilles. i will sell the best one. don't know if i am unrealistic or not, but it would be 80 (eighty) bucks plus shipping. hope to hear back, ron
