Barb is correct. FINA is in the process of changing 2 junior figures...the flamingo bent knee will be spin DOWN 180 (and FYI...no more swordalina...it will be a heron twirl...though that doesn't affect collegiate competition). Sorry for the confusion. I just cut & pasted!
