Depending on where you are located, Indianapolis might be the closest. I wanted to encourage your daughter to look at some of the smaller schools without scholarships as they often have swimmers that begin the sport in College. The combination of competitive swimming and dance really lends itself to synchro. You could contact the Indy contacts to see if they are aware of any other people in your area.
