I am also living abroad and wanted to stay involved with synchro. I got in touch with the Japan swimming federation through email and asked them if there were any contacts in my area. They were very helpful and put me in contact with a team within distance. Defintely try getting in touch with Ireland's federation because they have contacts for every team in the nation. While its sometimes hard to find teams for the college or masters level, coaching is another good way to stay in synchro. I have been coaching an age group team for 6 months now and it has been an incredible experience that I definitely recommend. good luck!
