Do you need good temporal resolution (in order to measure fluorescence time decay) or only good sensitivity? Can you use devices with small active area (possibly arrayed with gaps between)? See the link below for a new device that may be relevant. I have asked the manufacturer if they are interested in doing an array. Do call with questions, etc. - Fred Perry
