The PDI-4 was made of CVD diamond but Centronic did not have a stable supply of starting material so discontinued it some time ago. We do however have several other types that you can consider. Full product lit can be found at the link below. The AlGaN "UV-C" detector on page 20 has useful response below 250 nm down to < 150 nm and is probably your best choice.
