Centronic Photodiamond photodetector PD1.4

I need a photodiode that is blind near 400 nm and very efficient near 200 nm. It looks like PD1.4 from Centronic is a suitable choice. Is it currently available ? Price ? Also, what would be the proper preamplifier scheme ? I am not experienced in the use of photodiodes. Thanks. Regads, YP
