Dotting tool/ Nail art

Hi Everyone! I would like to know what do yall use to create a bigger dot for your nail art? I have a dotting tool but it only has 2 sizes one small and I guess the other is suppose to be large but to me it looks more like medium. What should I do to make bigger dots?
