Help in the LA Area

I am looking for a creative nail artist, who can do a Oakland Raiders bit on my nails. I recently saw a set online for the Miami Dolphins, and it was beautiful... Please let me know if you or someone you know could do this in the Los Angeles or Orange County areas...thanx!!!
