Nails Tech NEEDED to create nails 2 to 3" long

I am looking for a nail tech in they newark, hoboken, jersey city area who can create nails 2 1/2" to 3 long and do very dramatic nail art. must be near public transportation...
Tips and acrylics long curverd and square...
