I had that problem w/Global Exports. It took forever to get what I paid for b/c they where out of stock but didn't bother to email me about it. No one would answer their phone when I called them or emailed. I had to send about 3 or 4 emails b4 they responsed. They took too much money out of my account, but refunded the difference later. I told them I would never do business with them again b/c they don't communicate w/the customer. It that's who you are dealing with, good luck!
