hi again malie in response to your question.. try and get a copy of NAILS magazine july 2005 issue they have a whole 3 page article on nailbiters and what to do with them. call them (888) NAILS-44 or email them at bobitpubs@halldata.com and ask them if they have any back issues they can send you. let me know if it works. what i could tell you would be too much to post here, its easier if you get the magazine so you can have the article for continued reference material
