yes you can give a manicure but i would recommend a waterles one.. in which you do not soak but use oils and other forms of abrasives (scubs etc) to cleanse the hands , then you use some form of liquid massage oild or lotions etc. to soften the hands and then continue with normal manicure procedures. also you can do add a warm towel to the massage for added interest
