hey princess and all other techs on the board...i need some direction to find some information about cuticle cutting being an illegal practice in the state of florida or anywhere else for that matter...i know i've seen it some place on the web but cant remember where....i checked myflorida.com but couldnt find anything specific...i had a client who wanted her cuticles cut and when i told her it was illegal here she didnt believe me and i wanted something that could be posted up in the spa i currently work at so that the clients could read and understand this law....if anyone has any suggestions on where i can go to find this info i'd really appreciate it.... :-)
