Princess... is there a specific type of rhinestone you use? i have found that the cheaper ones you can buy in bulk on ebay lose thier luster when i apply top coat to them. should i even apply top coat after i apply the stones? is there a certain kind of stone i should be using? Does anyone have any suggestions?
