Hi ladies!
I am just starting out and I would like to get a great top coat with a high gloss shine. Every top coat I have tried has a dull finish. Also ladies if you know any other good items such as tips, nail glue, pedicure products (I have been trying to find a company who has the chocolate pedicure),acrylic powder, and what ever you can think I will need to have.
