Matt,
Nice MOT! Fills you with confidence yeh.
The floor panel I used was one from Hadrian which I bought from Bancrofts in Nottingham. Cheap as well (about £9 I think). It does come with ait of a return up the inner sill but it is only about 3 inches. What I did was buy an inner sill as well (again about a tenner) and cut the bit I wanted out of that and welded it to the pan before I put it in the car.
Just another small point to recommend. When you put the pan in the car tack it onto the chassis first then to the rest of the floor pan. This save having to get the big hammer out later .....
