I am seeking information on William Biby (Bybee, born in Kentucky circa 1833. He moved to Indiana, but do not know when. In 1859 he married Phebe Riggin in Hendricks county, Ind. I have no information on his parents or siblings. Indiana censuses for 1860,70,80 etc. is where I have got the information re his state of birth.
