The log in screen requires a Java applet to run on your computer. In Internet explorer click on Tools – Internet Options. Go to the “Advanced” tab. Look down the list to find “Microsoft VM”. Make sure there is a tick against “JIT complier for virtual machine” (and no tick against any Java SUN entry). You might have to restart your machine.
