Are you people KIDDING ME?! The federal, state, and local governments failed MISERABLY during this crisis, and Celine responded from her heart. It's amazing how someone expressing dissent is instantly branded ignorant, self-serving, and insincere these days. Perhaps there are people (not the Bush administration) who sincerely care about the plight of the people in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama suffered. Celine is one of them.
