I mean, parvo is ubiquitous-- in the summer months in Chicago it is, anyway. The few times I have bothered to titer any of my dogs for parvo, the measurable antibodies have been higher than a rocket-- 250 times the "protected" level, etc. Which is also no surprise, because my dogs are out and about a lot in the summer: parks, walks, agility trials, training centers, and more. So, they come into contact with parvo, and they produce antibodies to it.
Or so I've heard. )
