switching from dry food to canned

Vet has advised switching my 7 year old kitty from dry food to canned. Started with half canned and half dry, in separate bowls. She sometimes will eat canned, sometimes won't. Never know. Will hold out. How to get her used to mostly canned. Have tried several flavors. Use Iams brand.
