how this board works but i did post a response even though it doesn't show here.. Also about pet owners making the choice...absolutly that is the owners option but when in practice i had a 100 capacity kennel with runs..before i would not let them in without either a shot or if they had one in the last year, now i think i would cnange that to 3 years.
