I desperatley need a home for a 6 y.o. Black Arab Gelding. The horse has EPM and is not ridable, although he is perfectly pasture sound and gets around just fine. The horse was abandoned by his owner at a rough board facility. My friend has been caring for the horse, hoping to find it a home, but nothing has surfaced. She is no longer able to care for this horse. We have contacted other rescue groups, but they are all full or recommended putting the horse down. I dont feel he should be put to sleep. He is on no meds and is not suffering in any way. If the horse does not find a new home soon, she has no hoice but to send himn to auction. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
