Subject: Eva Erstad, Amercas Horse Helpers/ Clarification
Eva Erstad/ Amercas Horse Helpers has sent out an email asking for
information about the whereabouts of horses. Another Chance 4 Horses
has documented proof that all of these horses were sold/adopted.
Numerous attempts involving the free use of an acountant and lawyer
were offered to remediate this issue early on. Ms. Erstad ignored all
remediation attempts. Ms. Erstad was given the opportunity in court to
gather her information ( several months ago ), was given an extension
to prepare her argument concerning these horses, or open up her own
case concerning these horses. The postponements were legally granted by
Another Chance 4 Horses. Eva Erstad did nothing; the judgement was
granted. Even after the judgement was granted, Ms. Erstad had time to
appeal; she did nothing except move and leave no forwarding address.
Ms. Erstad has failed to mention two other horses that should have
been on this list. There was a Belgian mare who died as well as an
Appaloosa that stayed at Eva's farm for months with no medical
treatment and had moon blindness and an abcess that Eva never told
anyone about!
Fact: There is an outstanding legal judgement that Eva Erstad has and
it has never been paid!
Fact: Eva Erstad, on Sept 18, 2000 was found guilty of 2 counts of
theft involving horse(s)
Fact: You may contact Christy at Another Chance 4 Horses to be put in
contact with people who have had personal experiences
with Eva Erstad. The experiences range from sick horses, delivery of a
horse that died within an hour, money issues, wrong
horses being delivered, and the list goes on......
Thank you for being so patient, and we deeply apologize for the
inconvenience and the time taken away from the horses.
