Guys and Gals,
5 days to go to the Bristol Cajun & Zydeco Festival!
Some important booking information relating to this year's festival:
Please stop sending cheques! As much as I like receiving bookings they just aren't guaranteed to arrive on time and we're very short of tickets for Saturday.
If you want to come or have already posted a booking but not received your receipt, call me on 01227 274340 (evenings) and I will explain what to do and be in a position to tell you whether there are tickets left or not.
Whilst you're welcome to get in touch via e-mail at bristol_cajun@yahoo.com too, I would appreciate if you called for booking-related enquiries as I need to explain the process and take some details from you.
At the moment I'm getting an awful lot of e-mails along the lines of "Please reserve me a ticket, Bye, Bob" or "I've posted a cheque for tickets, Regards, Bob" and as pleased as I am that Bob -whoever he is- wants to join us for the weekend this isn't enough info for me to reserve tickets :-)
So, in summary:
1. Please Stop sending cheques
2. If you want to come please call 01227 274340
3. If you have already posted a cheque please call too
Apart from the postal strike and Saturday tickets running out, everything is going very well and I'm looking forward to it all more than I can tell you!
