I have just been catching up on a pile of local newpapers and was shocked to read the news of the tragic death in Bulgaria of Gerry McLeod and her grandson. Gerry was a staunch supporter of Cajun gigs in the Derbys/Staffs area for many years but had disappeared from the scene in recent years. There will be many people out there who would have known Gerry and will be as shocked and saddened as I was to hear this news.
