The fourth programme in this new series of Jamie Oliver's cuisine travelogues was filmed in Louisiana, and part of this episode shows a meal being prepared at McGee's Landing during its reconstruction following Hurricane Gustav. There's no information about any music to be featured but there surely must be some! It will be broadcast on Tuesday 22nd September 2009 on Channel 4.
