I'd just like to add my thanks to Chris and the Guildhall staff for all their work over the years.
It's because of this festival that some of us musicians have been given the opportunity to not only meet Louisiana musicians we try to emulate, but also get to play with them, which in turn has led to some of us being offered other gigs with touring Louisiana bands. Personally it has given me opportuninities I wouldn't have had, if were not for this festival.
The sound crew (Paul and Nick) are some of the best I've EVER worked with (In my 21 years of gigging), and from a musicians point of view the venue was second to none!
It will be sorely missed!
Thanks to all, I've got some great memories!
