We'd like to thank everyone who came to the Swamp Rock Stage at The Mayor's Thames Festival, and the bands, for making the weekend such a wonderfully successful celebration of cajun and zydeco. We'd really like to run another stage at the Festival next year so if you had a great time - and we think just about everyone did - please e-mail or write to the Festival to suggest a repeat in 2009. It was great to see people who hadn't heard of c&z joining in and enjoying the music too - we may have converted some!
