I think what you did this year was right. The saturday was a cajun only day, so people who aren't into zydeco could perhaps just book a saturday pass. Like you I don't understand why a few people aren't even willing to give zydeco dance a try. It's without a doubt the most fun you can have with the opposite sex on a dance floor.
