Yes it was a great weekend, well done Chris Hall, the new formula worked. Book a top Louisiana band and add a good mix of UK bands and people will turn up.
And thank you to all my lovely dance partners,they never left me alone !
As for new cd's..........I can recommend one from the Zyderythmics, called "white hot zydeco". Also the most recent cd from the Bearcats is extremely good, called "black noir", though this is now a year or so old. Lil Jim has his first offering out but I haven't heard it yet. And if his live performances are anything to go by then it's gotta be good.
