Yes. there is always a half hour dance lesson before the actual dance itself at the Cecil Sharp House Cajun gigs in Camden. I know it's not SE London, but it's not far. But if you want to venture out a bit further there are regular dance workshops in Chatham. Look up this website www.kentcajun.org.uk
But really it's not that difficult, just come to one of the dances at Cecil Sharp House, or The Cajunbarn(Eltham), and we'll show you.
